Getting Started with ComicHub

The ComicHub web portal is a great way to manage your subscriptions, see what’s coming out next week, pay for your books and arrange shipping. Here are some instructions on how to get started!

Create a login

  1. Visit https://customer.comichub.com

  2. Click “Get Started”

  3. Enter the email address that you use for in-store emails

  4. Choose a password

  5. Click Signup

You can also choose Sign Up with Facebook or Google if you use the same email with Neighborhood Comics as you do with those services.

Verify Your Account

Check your email address for an email from ComicHub with a verification code.

Choose Your Store (Us!)

After verification, you will be asked to select your favorite store. Use the map to zoom into Oakland, CA and choose Cape and Cowl Comics. Click Add. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm. Click Yes

Our store will then verify that you are a customer. Once you’re approved, you’ll get an email with the all clear. If you register outside of business hours, please allow extra time for approval. If you don’t hear from us in 24 hours, please call or email.

Log in and then click your account icon (person) in the top right corner and choose Help Videos. That will get you up to speed fast!
